Christopher Davitt
Fund Manager, Dexus Wholesale Australian Property Fund | Dexus
Christopher is responsible for the overall strategy and capital management of the Dexus Wholesale Australian Property Fund, working closely with Dexus’s specialist teams to drive asset performance and portfolio growth.
He joined Dexus in 2022 following its acquisition of AMP Capital, where he spent more than a decade in research, transactions and funds management roles. Prior to this, he was Vice President at a London-based real estate private equity firm, overseeing European acquisitions and fund strategy. Earlier in his career, Christopher held positions at Multiplex and Lendlease and lectured in Real Estate Finance and Investment at the University of New South Wales.
John Taylor
Head of Private Capital | Dexus
John leads the Private Capital team at Dexus, driving new investment opportunities and partnerships across the firm’s private client base. He has more than 20 years’ experience spanning property investment, finance and wealth management.
Before joining Dexus in 2022, John was an Investment Adviser at Crestone and Credit Suisse Private Bank, advising high-net-worth and family office clients. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Centuria Capital and St.George Bank across property finance, funds management and capital raising. John is Vice President of the Property Funds Association of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance.
