Keynote speaker
Dean Boxall
Few leaders understand the pursuit of excellence better than Dean Boxall. As one of Australia’s most accomplished swim coaches, Dean’s career has been shaped by his ability to build champions among high-performance environments.
Dean led Ariarne Titmus’ victories at the Tokyo Olympics, including her defining 400m freestyle triumph over USA’s Katie Ledecky, and guided Mollie O’Callaghan’s rise to global dominance. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, his athletes delivered an extraordinary 18 medals accounting for a third of Australia’s total medal haul.
For investment leaders, Dean’s experience offers a compelling framework for building high-performance cultures. This closing session will challenge delegates to consider how they build environments that develop talent and how the discipline required to win on the world stage can be translated into stronger leadership.
