An Untapped Opportunity: Integrating Securitised Debt into Wealth Management

Wednesday, 9 October
6:00pm - 9:00pm

The Meat & Wine Co.
Ground Floor, 108 St Georges Terrace, Perth 6000

The Inside Network invites you to an intimate adviser-led roundtable dinner exploring the role of Australian securitised debt in multi-asset portfolios.

As one of the largest segments of Australia’s credit market, securitised debt has long been accessed by institutional investors but remains underutilised in the wealth sector.

In this private, invitation-only session, leading advisers will explore how securitised debt can complement fixed income and equity allocations, reduce portfolio volatility, and open new opportunities for enhanced diversification and return potential. Strongly uncorrelated to other fixed income assets, it offers a timely and differentiated addition to portfolio construction conversations.

What’s on the menu

  • Reliable income with substance: why securitised debt delivers regular consistent cashflows that can form the foundation of an income-focused portfolio.

  • Capital preservation and resilience: examining how securitised structures have weathered downturns with low default rates and superior protection versus traditional credit.

  • The spread premium: uncovering how securitised debt offers an attractive yield pick-up over government and bank debt, and where the most compelling opportunities lie today.

  • Client communication: how to capture these strategies in a clear and compelling fashion so that clients can visualise the diversification benefits.
