Keynote speaker
Richie McCaw
In a world where pressure, performance and change are constant, no leader exemplifies sustained excellence better than Richie McCaw. As the most successful captain in rugby history, Richie’s career was defined by his ability to lead with clarity, consistency and humility, navigating his team through both record-setting victories and the inevitable setbacks that come with elite performance.
His journey from a young test debutant to a double World Cup-winning captain offers powerful lessons on building a winning culture, fostering accountability and maintaining focus under extreme scrutiny.
For senior leaders in wealth management, Richie’s experience is a blueprint for balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution. His insights on teamwork, leadership under pressure and sustaining performance over long cycles are deeply relevant to those guiding advice businesses through market volatility, regulatory change and evolving client expectations. This closing session will challenge delegates to reflect on how they can apply the same discipline, trust and culture-building practices that made the All Blacks one of the most respected teams in sport, to strengthen their own business models, relationships and long-term client outcomes.
